1. Texas Tech - Really destroying their opponents though they are playing at home. Their schedule is brutal but can probably beat anybody in the Big 12 at this point. Harrell is so hot that he could be the front runner for the Heisman. Would love to see Texas Tech in the National Championship game

2. Alabama - struggling every week, really should be behind Florida but for right now, ill keeo them here.

3. Florida - playing as good as anybody right now. Has a guaranteed slot in the SEC title game and controls destiny to get into BCS NCG

6. So Cal - good win against Cal

7. Penn St - really dissapointing. I really thought that this was the year that they would go to the national championship game. I guess that it was shortlived which was really dissapointiing because I believed in this team.

8. Utah - I happened to see a little of the TCU game and credit Utah for sticking in there and winning the game.

9. Ohio St - Way to batttle against NW on the road.

10. BSU - have hands full with Nevada and Fresno these next three weeks. We wil see what they are made of.

11. OK St - Bad loss to Texas Tech

13. UGA - faired the same as Alabama in Kentucky

18. UNC - Butch Davis is really turning this team into a powerhouse.....

19. Cincinatti - Any win in Morgantown is a good win regardless of how you get it.

1. PENN ST - Absolutely killed Wisconsin who was a good team early this year and ended up winning by 41 on the road against a Big 10 opponent. I think that this team is the real deal and is contending for a spot in the NCG.

2. Texas - moves up 3 spots after an impressive showing against OU. Colt McCoy played great but he got away with what was a sure pick by an OU defender in the endzone that later led to a Texas field goal. Still overall great work by the team so they get no. 2

3. Alabama

4. OKLAHOMA - Only drop 3 spots because they lost to a top 5 opponent and did not deserve to drop any more. Sam looked good getting 5 TDs on the day with only 2 picks. Will surely miss the middle LB that is likely out for the season.

5. BYU - hated to move them up since they are playing nobody right now. If Florida gets another quality win next week, Look to see BYU drop.

6. Florida - OMG, how did you do that to LSU?

8  USC -  Sanchez throws three picks and they still end up winning big.

10. UGA - should have beaten Tennessee by a lot more than they did.

15. Boise St - beat So Miss pretty bad on the road. This team looks really good.

19. OKST - win against Mizzou looks really impressive

20. UNC - I like the effort against ND. Good comeback win

23. WF- beating Clemson doesnt show that much but at least they did.

1. OKLAHOMA - Really looked good against Baylor. I happened to watch a little of this game and Sam Bradford looked pretty good and effectiveand had his one mistake called back on a defensive penalty. Overall great work by the Sooners but be careful because Penn St is looking pretty good and could take over that #1 spot. Depends on what you do against Texas next week.

2. PENN ST - Has been one of my favorite teams this year because of their effort on the field. They had a good showing against Purdue yesterday and showed great teawork to get the win. Are hunting for that number 1 spot and could get tit next week depending on how they do.

3. Alabama - Struggled more than I thought that they should have against Kentucky at home. Wilson is still doing good at QB and is leading this team in the fight direction.

4. Texas - Great pefromance by McCoy against Colorado! Could possibly contend for the NC game at the end of the year.

5. LSU - Staying strong at number 5

6. Mizzou - I like Chase and he should be the key to leading this team in the right direction.

7. BYU - staying solid, I dont like that Utah St scored 14 against them though. I believe that they should have blanked them.

11. tOSU - Great game against WISC

12. UGA - Can Matthew move them back up into the top 10?

13. Utah - Beat a good Oregon St team that beat USC the previous week so this team is showing they can beat about anybody.

14. Kansas - should not have gotten down that far to Iowa St but a good job by Reesing to bring his boys back and get the win.

15. VT - Ever since the loss to us they have been on a roll

16. Boise St - Louisiana Tech is no competition to this team

17. Illinois - struggled with Mich in the first half but pulled away to get a solid win and maybe could be a big contender in the Big Ten.

18. Vandy - Comeback against Auburn shows this team has drive.

19. Mich St

20. Auburn - missed extra point turns costly

21. UNC - Absolutely destroyed UCONN

22. FSU - Almost slipped against Miami but pulled through.

23. ND - (Welcome.....)

24. USF - Bad loss that shouldnt have happened

25. Wisc - one more loss and they are out.
